So, To make Aalu Chop here, first of all, prepare the spices (Masala). To make Masala, You have to take here Below things.
1. There will be 3 Boiled Potatoes

2. 1 Onion
3. Take Some Fresh Coriander
4. 2 chilies, 
5. 1 Little Ginger 
6. 3-4 Garlic.

First Of all, we have to findly Chop Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli. Chop a single file at once and You should mash the Boiled Potatoes well so, that we can make the masala easily.

Now, Lets We Start making Potato Masala, It is very simple to make Aalu Masala, 

First We have to put some Oil in the Pan here.
And in this Oil, We first roast Peanuts (peanuts) a little bit so that they become slightly crispy-crispy. And the flavor of potato which is tuffing will enhance its taste here. Soak peanuts for a while.
Now, Here it is not such that putting Peanuts on here is very Important. Peanut flavor in potato chops looks very good, there is a little crispy-crispy peanut, The Flavour really sounds great. 
If you want to do it or not, you want to do it, if you have not kept it in the house, then if there is no problem then you can skip here comfortably. 

As soon as the peanuts start to crack a little, the sound starts coming out of them, then drain them out of the oil and cool and crush them.
There is no need to add more oil in it, Start making spices(Masala) in this Oil.
First of all, We have added half a teaspoon of Cumin here. As soon as the Cumin starts popping and popping. Then you put chopped Ginger-Garlic, Chilli here. Keep in mind that it is necessary to roast them a little bit so that the raw puff of Ginger sticks goes away. Now roast it well for a while here. Then now put the chopped onion on it.  So here, we will brown the onion. As soon as the color of onion changes, then we will put a little turmeric powder over it. So that Turmeric is roasted a little bit. And his flavor came out even more. Just as the Turmeric will be roasted then we will put Boiled Potatoes here, which we mashed Already.

Here, we have to mix Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Ginger, Potato well. And now they start pouring flavors in the end. Kindly, Keep the gas on medium flame. Now put some salt over here. Along with salt, I have put a lot of coriander powder here, about a tablespoon.
If you make it a little spicy then add Red Chilli Powder over here, A little Garam Masala put over here.

Just mix this spice (Masala) well here, Please Put off the Gas here. In the end, We have also put chopped fresh Coriander here. We have put Mango Powder in it to make it a bit sour.
And don't forget to put Peanuts.

Now Potato masala is absolutely ready.

So now let’s make Gram Flour batter. So I have added a cup of Gram Flour here, Put a little Celery, a little Salt and Turmeric Powder. After this, we will mix it. Mix well and pour water slowly. 


Keep in mind that there should be no thin batter here and no thicker batter. Mixing the batter very well is very important.
Leave the Gram Flour for a while so that the Gram Flour absorbs the water.
By the time we make Aalo Chop Bowls. After making the bowls, you flat it in the palm, just like Tikki.
One by One, all the spice (Tikki) bowls have to be flat.

Now, The Masala chop masala has to be draped in it, you have to coat it with a well and fry it directly on medium flame. Fry the masala until Golden Brown. Now it's ready to eat. It look very tasty.
