Do you miss the market burger like me too? Well, I miss the Potato Burger with Tikki, it is very easy to make.

Then what is the delay, let's start again. Now to make this Aalu Tikki Burger, apart from Potatoes, You have to take some things. Like Peas, Corn & One Onion. We have to chop the onion perfectly.

Peas and Corn are to be kept in water for some time. Now, We will use POHA here to reduce the moisturizer in potato. We will use half a cup of POHA.
If you want, You can add Corn Flour here, Rice Flour can also be put here. But I use POHA here.  Because POHA has high dietary fiber, and it’s good for your health. Poha has to wash very well.  All its water has to be drained out and leave it to rest for a while. Poha will blossom on its own. As soon as the Poha flushes a little, then it is necessary to crush the Poha, So that, The Potato texture looks very similar and you will not even feel in the Tikki that Poha is mixed in it.
Spices will also have to be added while Preparing the BURGER.
Here is some things which we need to make Burger.

  1. 1.5 Tea Spoon Jeera Powder
  2. 1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
  3. 1 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder
  4. 1/2 Tea Spoon Black Paper Powder

Potatoes are a must to make Tikki. You have to take 4 Boiled Potatoes here, And the Potatoes have to "Peel" the peel Potatoes.

Whenever the fine effect will come. Now to cook the Potatoes, We will take a little oil in the curry, After the oil is hot, add chopped Onion, And there is 3-4 Garlic Buds and Chop them and put them. Onions do not have to brown, you just have to soften them,

Then after adding the Peas, add the Corn, If you want, you can add more vegetables or else it will work.
Make sure to soften the Peas until they are soft, after that you have to put Potatoes here which we had rubbed. After that add some salt and then add Spice, After that everything has to be mixed well. Then Pour the Poha and then mix it well. Keep it to cool down.
Now we make breadcrumbs here, For This, you can use any bread, whether it is from Maida or Flour. Put the Bread in the Grinder and Grind it well, after that we fry it a little bit in the Gas. So that it becomes crispy and the moisturiser comes out and then cools down nicely.
Now after that, We make the Tikki of the Mixer,
Put some oil in the hand, So that it will not stick in the hand. Tikki has to be done in a circle and it should look good.
Now a little Maida Flour will add some water to it and not be too thin basically To give the moisture to the flour so that we can stick the breadcrumbs. It's just this work and no work.
Now just dip the Tikki in the Mixture of flour, Mix it well so that the breadcrumbs stick to it properly. Then put it in the breadcrumbs, and Pour it with your left hand so that the breadcrumbs don't stick, Coat all the Tikki’s and leave them so that they stick well.

Let’s the Tikki dry so that it gets a little hard, It is a very unique Exp, if you want, you can keep the Tikki’s in the freeze for 1 week, it will not be bad.
Now you have to Fry the Tikki’s, Fry on medium flame, Be careful not to touch the Tikki after putting it in the Pan. So that they fry well and the breadcrumbs don't come out. Fry until golden brown, If you fry at very high flame, then crispy will not be there and if you fry at very low flame then you will drink too much Tikki oil. For this, fry on medium flame.
And now we have to make a little bit of Munise for that. It is very easy to find on the market. Munies Color is White, Tomato Catchup has to be added to make some color so that it gets some color. Now, Onions and Tomatoes have to be cut rounded so, that we can add layers to the burger.

Now the last work is done, Toasting the Burger a little and will toast it completely on the low flame,
And yes, the Burger should be well toasted so that it turns a light brown color. Now put the crispy Tikki under the Burger, then Onion and Tomato layer over it again.

Now, Yummy Burger Ready to Eat.
